Theme detailsRealistic Animal/Wildlife Stitch-a-long. - Any choice of realistic animals, birds, reptiles, or sea life can be chosen for this Stitch-a-long. These squares will be more suitable to older children. You can sign up as many times as your limit will allow, and the same pattern can be chosen by more than one stitcher. This Drive will remain open for sign-ups until 20th May. Squares are due by 19th August.
The purpose of this Stitch-a-long is to boost our Any Child Square stocks. Any Child squares are invaluable for filling vacancies caused by stitchers being unable to complete their sign-up on time and are lovingly called "lifesaver" squares. They are also used on Backfill quilts which are quilts where a shorter delivery time is required, or when we have some spare time to include the construction of another quilt into our schedule.
